The Sun Came Out!

The sun came out!!! It was still chilly but they were enjoying the outside! they had fun playing soccer! 

Snow Days To 79*

Last week we were having snow days.....

Now I am in flip flops with the sunroof open and the air conditioner on in the car!!!!

I will definitely take these flip flop days over socks and boots any day!!! Loving me this warm weather!!!  This should be our last cold winter for a little while! Next winter should have us out in the desert.....on a horse with no name.....

Tank Likes The Melt Down

Tank had been sleeping when i was outside shoveling. When he came outside he seemed all confused on the sidewalk not having snow on it.  His expressions on his face were making me laugh.  I wasn't sure if he was saying "thanks" or "it's about time!!!!" He is so funny!!!! But he did seem very happy to not be walking in the white stuff anymore!!!

I was making funny faces for The Dude in Cammies who happened to be in the desert while we were having snow days.....yep, he was just a bit jealous....me out in the backyard with my phone taking selfies in the snow and sending them to him who was standing outside in the desert with nothing but sand and rocks....

Bella In Her Coat

Bella is not too thrilled this white stuff.  She isn't too happy about wearing a coat either!  I think she actually hates wearing her coat more!  She is sooo funny when i put her coat on.  She just sits there and than just barely walks in the snow, but the when i take her coat off of her she runs all over the place in the snow! She still doesn't like the snow and as soon as she is done sniffing around and going potty she runs straight for the door to come inside!

Dogs & Snow Angels

We had perfect snow for snow angels!!! The dogs were like making it almost impossible for me to make a snow angel though!!! They were being sooo funny! I should have filmed it! They were being a possesive! i was begining to think i might even get peed on! Next time i will be sure to lock them up before i make snow angels or just make them out in the front yard!!! But it was funny as they took turns stepping on me and licking me! Those silly dogs!

Hockey Gear & Snow Days

Yes, hockey gear comes in handy on snow days! Ryan wears it when he plays outside with his friends! He says it is great when you are kneeling down making snowballs or hiding behind something when your friends are throwing snowballs at you! He's a creative kid!

OJ Cravings

Ty decided he wanted OJ.  I asked everyone what they wanted when i knew we had snow coming and i would NOT be able to go to the store!!!  I also was NOT going to go to the store the day before the snow was coming when it was going to be crazy so i went and got everyone's favorite things a few days out of the snow flake fallings.  This morning Ty decides he is craving orange juice.  He NEVER drinks orange juice! I usually have OJ in the fridge because Vicki drinks it but she has been gone and so when she finished the last of it before she left i didn't buy anymore.  Lucky for Ty i keep some in the freezer for my
orange chicken! So i was able to make him some old school orange juice! He was a happy guy! He informed me that he now really likes orange juice and to add it to my grocery list because he is going to join Vicki in the OJ department. 

Island Cat Don't Poop In The Snow!

Tank is clearly not a fan of snow! We brought him here from Okinawa. He was born and raised in the tropics, a truly tropical cat. He will NEVER be a fan of the white stuff that falls from the sky! When it is time for him to go potty he takes the path with the least amount of snow. He has discovered that there is no snow under the car. Under my car is now Tanks new potty spot....no one has ever said Tank was dumb!!!

Snow Ice Cream

i have a perfect place out front of perfect snow!!! I took my bowl outside and made some yummy snow ice cream!!! I made a couple different flavors. Soooo easy, sooo yummy!

My Snow Angel

Ryan was having the same problems I was having when he was making his snow angels! The dogs were all over him too! We were cracking up! I guess there is just something about us lying on the ground outside that gets them all riled up!

A Blanket Of White!

We woke up to a blanket of white! Everything just looked so peaceful and beautiful! When it started snowing last night it just didn’t stop and just kept snowing and snowing! The big dogs had fun running thru it! Bella had fun for a minute but then she just started shaking from the cold!  Tank was NOT happy at all about walking out in the snow to go potty! This is DEFINITELY a SNOW DAY!!!
