I Had To Apoligize To Vicki......

I had to apologize to Vicki…..the other morning she needed to print out a paper for one of her classes.  I was like hello!!!  Why didn’t you do this last night or yesterday instead of being out with friends; the normal Mom blah blah blahs that we rattle off on our kids while forgetting how we were teens too…..but then again…..there weren’t computers in my day…..it’s not like I could wait until the next morning to write or OH MY GOSH frickin’ TYPE a paper right before leaving for school!!!  Soooo anyways…..back to Mutti blah blah blahs on tochter…..sooo, anyways, hook up the laptop that her document is on to the printer only to find out the computer is out of ink!!!  Hello people!!!  Ya gota tell the MOM these things!!!  Who buys ink?!!!  Um MEEEEE!!!!!  Sooo, next begins the search for the millions of thumb drives laying around the house….Vicki has no idea where hers is, of course not!  The boys have already left for school……none of these millions of purchases are to be found except the one that has The Dude in Cammies important work stuff on it.  After her excepting a horrendous torturous death if she loses THAT thumb drive the document is saved to THAT thumb drive and I end up leaving a few minutes later for work still grumbling at the tochter……Wellllll, I get a few minutes down the road, and like wow! There is a car similar to mine that has been struck by a deer, a huge deer!  A DOE!  A female deer! C’mon sing it with me, ya know you want to, Ray!  A drop of golden sun…..ok just kidding, although I know we are all singing…..Me a name!  I call myself…..because if you are reading this you HAVE to love The Sound of Music, otherwise get off my Blog right now and NEVER come back again! EVER!!!  Ok, just kidding!  Sooo, back to story…..big dead deer in the middle of the road, smashed up car like mine, and guy talking on his phone to someone more than likely about his smashed up car…..yep, that just might have been me if my daughter had not taken after me waiting till the last minute to print out her paper!  Well, except I probably would have been sitting in the middle of the road with the deer’s head in my lap singing to her or something as she took her last few breaths of life….than I probably would have been hit by a car…..sooooo, most likely a good thing that Vicki is growing up to be just like me…..
