Mother Daughter Twin Day

Vicki and I were cracking up that we were matching without planning on it! We actually have a few matching things but hers are in the moving truck somewhere. So, for the first time in 2016, and on the very last day of 2016, we twinned. Her top is actually a little bit darker but it shows up brighter in the picture.

Jungle Bells

We had tried REALLY hard to get to Jungle Bells at the San Diego Zoo before I had knee surgery, but it just didn't happen. So we went after Christmas. It was really fun. It was light out for a bit and than all the lights came on! It was fun looking for the animals in the dark. Amazing, the Panda was out eating!!! The tiger completely surprised me and walked right in front of me! Could barely even get a picture!!! Later we rode the fun Twinkle Light Trolley thru the park listening to Christmas music and seeing all the fun lights!!! Ed and the kids did not want me on crutches so Ed rented a wheel chair for me and I got to see what it's like being pushed around the park!!! It was like being a kid in a stroller!!! Hahahahaha!!!

They humor me with fun photos!

This guy walked around like he owned the place!

Sooo cute watching the Panda eat!!!

Riding in the trolley listening to Christmas songs

Big game tonight! The guys had something to watch while we waited in line!

Getting the royal treatment being pushed around in my chair!

The beautiful tree!!!

December Pier Walking

Dec 4 2016
It was a beautiful day today. Ed and I decided to go walk the pier after church. My favorite birds were hanging out on their favorite perch. One of the guys that works the tackle sales on the pier fed them a few squids. Later a kid threw a squid and one bird caught it and ate it. He threw a second one and none of the birds wanted it. It was hilarious to watch the seagulls circling overhead wanting it. One was finally brace enough to swoop down and snatch it up! I was just glad to watch all that and leave with no poop in my hair!!! Hahaha

We somehow matched today!

Hoping he doesn't swoop down and poop on me!
