Petting My Friends

My first stop at Sea World is to see my sweet cute friends. They are also right by the entrance! But I just love these beautiful sweet Leopard sharks. They are soooo soft and they love affection! I love swimming with the big adults. They are just beautiful!!! ❤️

First Ouchie At Grandmas

Gabriella got a little ouchie on her foot. I didn't have any cute bandaids so she had to have a blue one. She was fascinated with it and finally was able to pull it off. She had the cutest surprised look on her face when she pulled it off.

Legretto Fun

Victoria, Ty and I love to play Legretto. I think Gabriella was pretty entertained sitting in the middle of it! She was sooo cute in her strawberry jammies sitting in her chair and laughing and talking to us.

Driving & Filter Fun

Ed and I had to zip up to Newport Beach for a dinner, mixer kinda social event. During the drive up I had some fun with some filters. In between Ed tapping the brakes and messing up my selfies!!! 😂😂😂

Pancit & Lumpia

Ed has been craving Philippino food for awhile. He finally decided to just look up our choices by our house. We figured there would have to be atleast one good one. We went to the closest one. It was set up like Panda where you walk down the line and tell the person what you want. The pancit looked good and that is what Ed had been craving so we ordered pancit and lumpur. The Mission Asian Market did not disappoint us! It was delicious!!! We shared an entree and found out that $6.35 feeds the two of us! We will definitely be visiting this place again or I just need to learn how to make pancit!!! 😂

Filter Fun Wednesday

Whenever I babysit little Gabriella we always take some fun pictures! After some photos and tummy time Gabriella hung out in the kitchen with me. I made pumpkin chocolate chip bread, muffins and cookies while Gabriella bounced in her excersaucer playing with measuring cups, measuring spoons and a giant wooden spoon. We jammed out to The Go Go's Beauty & The Beat. Gotta teach her early to love the best of the 80's! 😊

American Legion Mixer

Ed had an event to go to tonight that he insisted I go to with him. I wasn't sure, nor was he, of exactly what we were going to. I zipped home from work real quick to walk dogs and change clothes. Than I drove up to Sonic to meet Ed for the rest of the drive to Newport Beach. Traffic wasn't too bad so I had a little fun taking some pictures....

The American Legion building was right on the Harbor. It turned out it was a Mixer for Veterans to network with business members for employment opportunities and such. Ed even ran into a Marine he worked with. It was a nice evening with some fun people and we are now officially feeling OLD!!! 😂😂😂

Matching Nose Rings

Whenever I watch little Gabriella her mamma will text pretty often to see how her daughter is doing. I took a picture real quick after she left using this filter so I would have a photo ready to send when she asked how she was doing. 😂


Her mamma thought it was really funny. I thought I should do a matching one with my little granddaughter because don't all Grandmas have nose rings to match their granddaughters? 😂😂😂

Tummy Time With Grams

Gabriella and I worked on her tummy time and hips up for crawling practice. She wasn't a fan of it but loved laying on her tummy and crossing her hands together. She was sooo busy it was hard to get clear pictures but these are the least blurry of her tummy poses for Grandma! She was being so very serious!!!

A Surprise Visit!

I came home from work to find this cute little girl had stopped in for a quick sleep over! Her daddy was going to be sleeping on the beach with his DI buddies so mamma and baby decided to stay with us! Gabriella was all full of grins and showing me how good of a kicker she is! Quite the talker as well!!! Gabriella had sooo much to say!!! I just love her giant gummy smiles!!! She and her mamma went up to San O with me for my FRT meeting. By the time we got home Baby G was sound asleep!!! I just love this cute little girl!!!

Seaport Village Today

Seaport Village is one of our favorite walk around and people watch kinda places. It's also right by the water, so just beautiful! Nobody wanted to rent bikes and go bike riding down by Midway and Star of India so we just walked. Love this in the 80's weather in January!!!


Sometimes it takes more than one click to get a smile!





Ryan even came with us! 😃


It was a perfect day for milkshakes!!!

We are off and running! Well, not literally! We are driving to our destination! It is sooo gorgeous outside we know we don't want to be inside today! We decided to head down to San Diego. More than likely Seaport Village will be our destination today 😃

The Fog Is Gone

The Pier was the complete opposite this morning!!! Ed and I thought we would have a nice walk on the beach and pier this morning while we waited for Ryan to finish Drill. Blue skies, LOTS of sun and we could see the water!!! It is going to be a perfect flip flop kinda day!!! And we are wearing flip flops! 😃



We even had a visit from a cute little lady bug! It originally flew down Ed's shirt! 😂

Ed and I decided to walk the pier tonight before picking up Ty. The fog had rolled in. It was really pretty the way the life gets were. And quite cold!!! But still one of our favorite places to go.
