Jasper went out to play in the snow about a week ago when the snow had turned to ice....
When he came in he was bleeding and i thought he had cut it either on the ice or on some branches under the snow......
A week later it had gotten worse.....even with me cleaning it a few times a day with antibacerial soap and putting neosporn on it......soooooo, i took him to the vet.....
He takes pictures in the car like his Master.....no smiles and doesn't like to look at the camera....
He was 93.2 pounds and did great for the vet......turns out he has a bacterial infection.....the vet put a topical ointment on it, 3 topical ointments on it!!!!
There was a stare down when we arrived home.....it was a tie!
Jasper is on a heavy dose of antibiotics and he takes them VERY well!!! Which is amazing for him because he is a TERRIBLE pill taker!!!!
And he has been fitted for a cone, but he ONLY has to wear it when he doesn't behave! He is behaving VERY well!!!!!
