Vicki had to make dinner for one of her classes as school. She originally was supposed to help me make enchilada's but she got busy and i was glad she decided to make dinner the following night. I don't cook with recipes and i was making 3 different kinds of enchiladas, so i needed room! If you are in the mood for enchiladas. come on over and help yourself, there was plenty of leftovers! The following night she made dinner, spaghetti & garlic bread. She would have made a salad, but there was none at the Commissary and i didn't feel like going out in town to buy some greens....she did a great job, she made the boring sauce that the kids like and than i made a seperate sauce for Ed and i. We like ours with the grated zucchini, sliced mushrooms, olives, and onions sauteed into the meat sauce. The kids loved what she made and now she just has to type a report on it. I wonder what i will teach her next.....maybe lasagna, that's simple....
